These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the foundation of using our platform. When you sign up to use **Nadra Marketplace Ltd (hereinafter "Nadra" "We" "Us" "Our")**, you're agreeing to abide by these **standards**, so let’s walk you through them—no confusing jargon here, just plain, simple guidelines, in shaa Allaah!

  If you're under the legal age to manage your account on your own, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian to use our services. Parents and guardians, please note that you are responsible for your child or teen's activities on Nadra.
* **One Account Per Person**:\
  Each account is for personal use only—no sharing, transferring, or creating accounts on behalf of someone else.
* **Keep It Secure**:\
  Your account is your gateway to Nadra. Please keep your login details safe and private. We’re not responsible for anything that happens if your account details are compromised.

### **2. Selling on Nadra**

We’ve created Nadra to connect amazing and dedicated Muslim women entrepreneurs with purpose-driven shoppers and supporters who share their values. Here's what you need to know:

* **Keep It Real**:\
  Sellers should ensure their listings are clear and detailed. Be sure to mention any imperfections or key details buyers should know. Don’t worry—Nadra will soon share tips to help you create even better product descriptions!
* **Responsibility for Inventory**:\
  Only list products that are ready to go. If you make items on demand, let buyers know upfront!
* **Delivery Process**:\
  Sellers are responsible for dropping off their items at designated locations set by our logistics partners. ### **3. Prohibited Activities**

Let’s work together to maintain a safe and supportive marketplace. Here’s what **NOT** to do:

* Selling items that are Haraam or unsuitable for our Muslim community.

* Using dishonesty, fraud, or deceptive practices.
* Violating copyright or intellectual property laws.
* Engaging in prohibited business practices on the platform like Riba (interest) or Gharar (excessive uncertainty).
